Come experiment with fabe! 

No two classes are the same. Using a different approach to movement meditation, your conscious movement is enhanced through imagery and storytelling. This helps you to broaden your own movement vocabulary and get you out of your habitual go-tos. Classes are grounded in Mallory's study of multiple forms of contemporary dance, yoga, martial arts, and strength training, so your mind and your body are growing together. Come experiment! All levels are welcome.
